This is a sure fire way to get an "A" - Sue Martin
Betsy Ross School Report - A Wetpaint WIKI: HP CommunityWhen my son was in the fourth grade, he had to research and write a report on a famous American. He chose Betsy Ross, and wanted to make sure that a picture of the first American flag was included. He decided to make the image of the flag as the background for his report.

What you need:
Inkjet printer
Printable inkjet fabric
Smart kid

Do it yourself:
  1. Insert printable inkjet fabric into the printer (consult your user guide if you're not sure of the orientation)
  2. Print the image in fast draft mode (print/properties/print quality), in order to make the image look faded and light,.
  3. Re-insert the fabric into the printer and print the report text on top of the flag.
  4. Peel off the paper backing from the fabric, and then fray the edges by pulling off threads one at a time. This was the most fun part for my son.

His teacher loved it!
