I love the concept, but I'm having a hard time seeing how you could actually use these. OK, so you print and laminate them. Then you cut them out with scissors? Every card would be a different size. Shuffling would be a nightmare. Even with just standard lamination, I'd think the cards would be too fat and stiff to be playable. Great novelty item, but unless somebody has some great ideas, I can't see how you could actually make this into a functional deck of cards.

Another easy option for a deck of cards is to upload a photo to snapfish.com and order online. Fabulous gift idea since kids love to see themselves on their own deck of cards. This is a great idea!
