I am printing greeting cards and would like to use a heavy 11mil cardstock and the rollers won't pick up the paper. Even heavy weight photo paper won't be picked up.

I use Photosmart Essential 2.5; however, I can't figure out how to transfer folders to another program in order to make projects with them. Can anyone help me?
