Vibrant Snowball

Vibrant Snowball

The Vibrant Snowball is a very festive ornament. It was easy for me, but small children would need assistance, and I recommend a glue stick. I definitely plan to make more.
Window Cling

Window Clings

This project was the easiest ever, really cute as well. I applied them to a window on my porch and a bathroom mirror. Try it!
Angel Decorations

Angel

What a nice way to decorate the ceiling. The more the merrier. Very easy to do these cutout angels.
Gift Tags

Gift Tags

I really like this project. The tags are personalized before printing and easy to read, and I don't have to go to the store to buy more if I run out -- I just print more!
Bird Decorations

Scandinavian Bird Ornament

These bird ornaments turned out beautifully, and were not too difficult. I would recommend this project if you have about half an hour to spare.
Holiday Gifts

Jar Toppers for Holiday Gifts

Cooking and canning applesauce at Christmas time is a tradition that I have created for my family. We intend most of the final product for gifts. What a nice surprise I found on the HP Activity center- nice jar toppers and special tags to decorate the fruits of my labor. The jars look so nice and festive now, much more so than years past. It makes me a little more proud to give them as gifts. And talk about EASY!
Vintage Christmas Tree

Christmas Tree Decorating

Here is a vintage white Christmas tree that my Grandmother gave to me to decorate my very first tiny apartment many years ago. Well, today I have turned it into the kitchen tree and decorated it with candy canes, a few extra bows I had and holiday cookie cutters, many of which my grandmother also passed down to me.
Pencils

Personalized Gift Tags

I came across some cute pencils and toppers that stamped and thought that they would make perfect gifts for my daughter to give to her classmates at their holiday party. With much help from my daughter we made the small gifts much nicer by creating personalized gift tags from HPs Activity Center. We tied them together with a candy cane too. And now she has a perfectly cute little gift that she is delighted to give, and her friends will be excited to get. They are really cute and colorful.
Triangle ornaments

Triangle Ornaments

I came up with this one all by myself. We made a frame out of Popsicle sticks, decorated it with markers and glitter, glued on a ribbon and taped on a favorite photo to the back with photo safe tape. Now we have an ornament, gift topper, or a great gift from a child. I am trying to teach my daughters that homemade gifts are the best ones to give.
snowflake

Snowflake

I sure enjoyed how busy my daughter kept while she was working on this snowflake. Although it is far from perfect, she did it entirely herself. It took her at least an hour, and she is very proud of it. I am glad to say it got her away from the TV on a lazy Saturday morning.

Lanterns

Lanterns

I actually got my husband involved in a craft, and he really enjoyed it. A hammer and nails kind of project was right up his alley. He made four lanterns and plans to make enough to line our front walkway.

Christmas card

Christmas Card

I absolutely love the way the cards turned out. I plan to do my cards the same way year after year. Who knew how fun easy and inexpensive great Christmas Cards could be? Now I know- Snapfish.
Tree star

Tree Star

A very simple and much needed finishing touch. I knew that tree needed something on top but I was not about to go shopping for it. I happened to find the perfect solution on HP's Activity Center. My daughter cut it out and I taped it together.

Christmas card display

Christmas Card Display

I enjoyed coming up with a new way to display my Christmas cards. I use tiny clothes pins to attach the cards as they come in, and they are always available to take another peek at.
Vintage cards

Vintage Cards

Now is the time of year to pull out our family's vintage Christmas card collection. I used tiny clothes pins to clip them onto garland. I dressed it up with some bows and voila. Every one loves to check out these cards because they are so cool. I love them.

A great tip to hang the garland... Scotch command hooks. They really work great, never fall down and don't leave marks on the wall.

Holiday Gifts

I am so excited about having received the mouse pad from Snapfish. I am sure my Mom will love it. It has her favorite things, the beach and her grand children. It was so quick and easy to make. I plan on making one for myself soon.
