 | ThanksgivingHow fun and easy it was to make our holiday table look so pretty. The children really enjoyed feeling like they were contributing in the preparation of the big holiday meal. I hope to be able to do the same thing for Christmas, except I will be transporting the decorations to Grandma's house. She had come to our house for Thanksgiving and enjoyed the decorations so much. She will be so happily surprised when I come with decorations to dress her table and room with. It again will be fun for the girls to help and because the crafts are made from paper they are easily transportable. | |

 | Gratitude Tree Tags My Daughter had a Brownie project which was to fill a shoe box full of goodies to be given to an elderly person in an assisted living facility to help brighten their Thanksgiving holiday. In their Brownie meeting the girls shared the contents of the boxes with each other and then decorated them. I thought it would be a nice touch to add the Gratitude Tree Tags to the decorations so that the recipient may read and remember what a very young person is grateful for.
