I believe I don't have the magic trace and copy tool in my image editing program. I use Picasa. How can I acquire the required tools?

I can't find this feature either - although tried turning the photo b&W and then using a "tint brush". Mine didn't turn out half as good - did you actually "repaint" the bouquet? Or just add the pink color in certain places? Please help! It is a fabulous idea ...
