Tip 1: Take family portraits on the stairs. The best way to ensure you can see everyone in this year's family picture is to gather on the stairs. Ask everyone to sit a couple steps apart. You could even organize by generation or family unit. Put the camera on a tripod (or a kitchen stool). Hold the kids on your laps and get ready to smile.

Hi, I'm new here and I'm certain that what I'm going to say is probably nothing new to many of you, but I even sought help from an HP-on-line chat professional and she said I was out of luck. Here's what happened. I don't know how it happened, but in my HP Photosmart program I downloaded about 20 pictures TWICE. I wanted to just eliminate the duplicates. WELL, APPARENTLY YOU CANT!! When you highlight ONE photo and press "delete" all photos that are identical are magically gone... Now, I'm not gifted in the "backup" of data area so I did lose some photos that had already been deleted from the camera, too. If anyone has a solution, I'd love to hear it - I don't want my program getting over-loaded with duplicates!
