HP Deskjet 460 WBT

I purchased this unit 2 years ago and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Every time I try to use this unit there is always a problem of one kind or another.Now I've went through the entire help scenerio and can-not obtain a solution to the problem. The unit will-not feed the paper although it appears to go through the steps and there is no error report regarding the paper feed. ANY IDEAS? Do you find this valuable?

You have described my life with the HP deskjet 460. I take it on the road with me several times a year. Each time there is a problem, but the biggest one is the same as yours, the lights cycle, the paper does not feed. I do not think the rollers are even turning or making contact with the paper. Can you please share any information you received on how to resolve this? Thank you in advance. Do you find this valuable? |

This describes my life with the HP deskjet 460. I take it on the road with me several times a year, for the past two years.
