HP Digital Cameras vs, HP Plug-ins

I was at Preclick site and they were annoucing their new plug in, Preclick IPM .
Paraphrasing this. That is better than HP Video Cameras.
What do you think? And what do most HP Community use?

I'm confused by the "that is better than HP Video Cameras" statement. HP made digital cameras with some limited video functions. Cn you clarify your question?

Hi Jane: Are you referring to Internet Photo Messenger (IPM)?
I'm unaware of Video Instant Messaging...
